By purchasing, downloading, or using any vocal product from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Non-Exclusive Toplines

These vocals are licensed to you on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis in perpetuity.

You may use them in original musical works for both commercial and non-commercial purposes without any royalty payments or publishing obligations.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the raw vocal files.
  • Include the vocals in sample packs, loop kits, templates, or similar products.
  • Credit, tag, reference, or otherwise use the name “Elvann” in any public-facing credits, metadata, song titles, marketing materials, or releases.
  • Register the track with Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube, Facebook)

This licence is non-exclusive, meaning it may be licenced to multiple users.

2. Exclusive Toplines

Exclusive Toplines grant you 100% ownership of the master recording.

This means you may:

  • Release the track commercially on any platform.
  • Collect 100% of revenue generated by the master recording.
  • Use the vocal in one song project, including edits, remixes, VIPs, instrumentals, and alternate versions.

Publishing Rights

Ownership of the underlying composition (melody and lyrics) remains shared.

Publishing is split:

  • 50% Client
  • 50% (Elvann)

One-Song License

  • The vocal may only be used within a single song project and its associated versions or remixes, allowing but not limited to remixes, instrumental versions, radio edits as long as they are the same song.
  • The vocal may not be used to create multiple unrelated songs.

Release Requirement

Exclusive licenses include a 2-year release window.

  • If the track is commercially released within 2 years of purchase, your exclusive rights remain valid indefinitely.
  • If the track is not released within 2 years, exclusivity expires and rights to the vocal revert to Elvann.

Commercial release means the track is publicly available through major streaming or download platforms.

Extensions may be granted by written agreement before the deadline.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw vocal files.
  • Include the vocals in sample packs, templates, or similar products.
  • Use the name “Elvann” in public-facing credits, metadata, marketing materials, or artist branding.

Songwriting registration with performing rights organizations is permitted where required.

3. Full Buyout Toplines

A Full Buyout transfers complete ownership of both the master recording and the composition.

Upon execution of a signed buyout agreement and receipt of full payment:

  • You own 100% of the master rights.
  • You own 100% of the publishing rights.
  • Elvann retains no financial interest in the recording or composition.
  • Ownership is permanent and not subject to any release deadline.

4. Cover Vocals

Cover Vocals are professionally recorded performances of existing copyrighted songs and are licensed as royalty-free. However, the ownership of the underlying composition remains with the original songwriters and rights holders.

  • You may use Cover Vocals in personal, promotional, or commercial projects.
  • If you commercially release a track, you are solely responsible for obtaining any required licenses for the original composition.
  • You may not register tracks containing Cover Vocals with Content ID systems.
  • Cover Vocals are licensed on a non-exclusive basis and may be licensed to multiple users.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all legal obligations relating to the original composition are met before distribution.

All Licences Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the name “Elvann” in any public-facing credits, metadata, song titles, or marketing.
  • Use the vocals to train, clone, replicate, synthesize, or otherwise recreate the artist’s voice using AI technologies. This includes extracting stems for voice synthesis or creating work that mimics Elvann’s work.
  • Resell or redistribute the raw vocal files as standalone assets.
  • Files labelled as demo are used for inspiration or reference only and are not part of the licence. Do not sample or reuse without explicit written permission.
