Let's Unleash Your Inner Siren

Vocal resources and lessons for women who want to sing, record, and produce themselves in the world of metal, classical, and cinematic music.

I've been exactly where you are

My name is Elvann. I'm a recording artist, vocalist, and voice teacher with over 15 years of experience. I graduated in Music at the University of Montreal, and my YouTube channel has gathered over 5 million views.

My journey into music started from a deep love for female voices in metal. I wanted to sound like Tarja, like Floor, like Amy Lee. But during my classical singing studies, I was completely alone in that passion. My teachers didn't understand my goals, and I felt like I had to hide what I really wanted.

That's why I created Sirens of Metal: to be the teacher and the space I wish I had when I was starting out. A place where loving metal and wanting proper technique aren't at odds with someone who finally speaks your language.

Is this the right fit for you?

You love the blend of classical and metal: Nightwish, Epica, Within Temptation, Evanescence. That's the voice you hear in your head.

You want clear explanations, not vague metaphors. You want to understand why something works, not just be told to 'feel it.'

Singing is just the start. You want to record yourself, maybe write your own songs, and learn the tech side too.

You love dark aesthetics, fantasy worlds, and powerful female characters. You want a teacher who actually lives in that world.

You've watched tutorials and tried coaches, but the examples are always pop or R&B. None of them sound like the music you want to make.

A vocal coach who gets metal, explains the mechanics clearly, and treats singing and production as part of the same journey.

What my students have said

Elvann was the first teacher who immediately understood what I was looking for. We work on my classical technique while working on my line for my own band. She gave me real tools that have helped during band practice, and she helped me refine my line to make them more suited to my own voice.

Katrina

Symphonic metal vocalist

The first time I came in, I was so scared to even try singing in front of someone, but from the first lesson, she made me feel safe to give it a real try. She keeps challenging me go out of my comfort zone in a way that makes me feel I can actually do it. There's no limits: I now feel like I can do anything I set my mind to, and that's been a huge shift for me.
